Email Marketing enables you to get your message, your brand, your services and products out to your contacts on a regular basis.   Email Marketing is also a useful tool for informing your customers of special offers that you have, legislative changes that may affect them, office moves, contact detail changes or upcoming events that may interest them.   It all sounds great but, as with all things, it takes time – time that could be spent working for your clients.   • Your email will be sent out at the same time, on the same day each month creating a consistent image to your contacts.
  • You will be kept up to date on the progress of each newsletter, with reminder emails sent to you for deadline dates. Each month I will send you a brief summary of how your newsletter performed. This includes the number of contacts the email was sent to, the number of opens, click through rates for any links and details of any un-subcribers.
  • You save precious time, allowing you to work on your business.
  • AMC Secretarial Services will manage your list, adding your new contacts on a monthly basis.
  • Nothing is sent out without your approval, you remain in complete control of your communications.

 How it works

  • You specify a date and time in the month when you want your newsletter delivered.
  • AMC Secretarial Services will design a template for your communications in line with your instructions. This will be sent to you for approval. All alterations and amendments are included in the price.
  • 10 days before the scheduled send date I will email you requesting the content for your next newsletter. This can be supplied either by word document, hand written or dictated.
  • I will then complete your newsletter and send a proof for your approval, requesting any changes or amendments be submitted by no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
  • If changes are required I will implement them and send a further proof for approval.
  • Upon receiving your approval the newsletter will be scheduled for the date and time scheduled.
  • Once your newsletter has been sent I will compile a basic report showing how your newsletter performed.
